Ms. Krishna Bhattacharya

Ms. Krishna Bhattacharya is a Consultant (Legal) at RIS. She holds a Master’s degree in International Trade Law from Gujarat Maritime University and a B.B.A. LL.B. (Business Law Hons.) degree from KIIT School of Law. Prior to joining RIS, she worked at the Centre for Trade and Investment Law (CTIL), where she contributed to legal opinions on a range of policy matters and supported India’s free trade negotiations, including the AITIGA Review, India-Oman FTA and the India–EU FTA. Her work has covered areas such as trade in goods, trade remedies, and subsidies. Ms. Bhattacharya’s research interests include international trade and investment law, with a particular focus on emerging trends in the global trade landscape.
